Brian Pederson
Principal, Pederson Land Advisors, LLC

Brian Pederson brings more than 30 years of experience in land acquisitions, right-of-way negotiations, and federal land use permitting. He has extensive experience in title research, appraisals, land surveys, real estate contracts, deeds, easements, and other title instruments, along with project tracking and reporting.

His background includes both private sector real estate work and federal service in the Lands Divisions of the National Park Service and Department of Energy. Through his experience, he has developed a deep understanding of federal processes and is widely recognized for his expertise in National Park Service right-of-way permitting.

Brian works closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory environments, helping move projects forward while maintaining strong working relationships with agencies and stakeholders.
